Stylist Elixir — Full Website Terms, Policies, and Conditions

1. Website Ownership and Use

This website and all associated platforms (including Instagram, WhatsApp groups, and Substack content) are operated by Stylist Elixir. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to comply with the following terms, conditions, and policies.

Stylist Elixir reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site and its services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Offered

Stylist Elixir provides:

  • The 4-Week Fashion Mentorship Programme

  • Industry insight and education via our Substack

  • The Stylist Elixir Guidebook

  • A private WhatsApp community

  • Ongoing professional content and insights via Instagram

All offerings are educational in nature and based on lived industry experience.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments made to Stylist Elixir are final.

  • Due to the nature of our services (limited spaces, immediate access to resources), no refunds or transfers are available once payment is made.

  • Full payment for the 4-Week Fashion Mentorship must be completed by 10th July 2025. Failure to complete payment by this date will result in removal from the programme without refund.

  • If using a payment plan, all instalments must be completed as scheduled.

  • In cases of serious illness preventing participation, a doctor's letter must be provided within 7 days. At Stylist Elixir's discretion, credit toward a future programme may be offered.

  • In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, Stylist Elixir reserves the right to reschedule live sessions or extend the delivery period of the programme. Refunds will not be issued unless the programme is cancelled in full.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including session recordings, course content, guidebooks, Substack posts, and social media posts, are the intellectual property of Stylist Elixir.

Participants and readers are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal-use license. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell any content.

  • Share paid materials with non-participants.

  • Republish Stylist Elixir content without permission.

Breach of intellectual property rights will result in removal from all Stylist Elixir services and potential legal action.

5. Conduct and Confidentiality

Participation in the Stylist Elixir community requires professional, respectful behaviour at all times.

Participants agree:

  • All discussions within mentorship sessions and WhatsApp groups are confidential.

  • Sharing private information, contact details, or session content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Recording, transcribing, or using AI note-taking tools (e.g., Otter, Notta) during live sessions is not permitted.

  • Soliciting members or promoting services without consent is not allowed.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal without refund.

Harassment, defamation, or disruptive behaviour towards Stylist Elixir, its team, or participants will not be tolerated.

6. Affiliate Programme Terms

Stylist Elixir offers a 30% commission for approved affiliates promoting the 4-Week Fashion Mentorship.

  • Affiliate payouts are processed 7–10 working days after purchase to allow for Wix platform processing times.

  • Self-referrals, misleading promotion, or abuse of affiliate links will result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of commission earnings.

  • Affiliates must represent Stylist Elixir honestly and professionally at all times.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

Stylist Elixir provides educational and professional support based on freelance industry experience.

We do not guarantee:

  • Employment, agency representation, or specific income outcomes.

  • Admission to fashion brands, magazines, or other external opportunities.

  • Career progression, financial success, or commercial success.

Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and career paths.

Stylist Elixir is independent and is not affiliated with or governed by any union, agency, brand, or official industry body.

All advice and content are educational and informational only. They do not constitute legal, financial, insurance, or business advice. Participants should seek independent advice where appropriate.

Stylist Elixir is not liable for:

  • Any losses, damages, or injuries incurred as a result of participating in programmes or using educational resources.

  • Actions taken based on information shared through Substack, WhatsApp, mentorships, or Instagram content.

8. Privacy

Stylist Elixir respects your privacy. Any information collected during registration, participation, or correspondence is securely stored and used only to deliver services, communications, and relevant updates.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to process your purchase or where required by law.
