6 weeks. Starting 1st August 2026.

For stylists who are done guessing, done underselling, and done figuring it out alone.

A structured mentorship program for fashion stylists who are ready to build something that works. We start with a full career audit: where you are, what's working, what's not, and where you actually want to go. From there, we rebuild. Your portfolio. Your rates. Your positioning. Your systems. Weekly group sessions, private 1:1 calls, and hands-on coursework across six weeks. You'll leave with your rates set, a portfolio that books you work, pitch templates ready to send, and a 12-month plan you actually believe in.

Fashion Mentorship Program

THE 6 WEEKS

Week 01.

The Reset

Creative clarity, direction, and focus. Getting clear on the kind of career you actually want to build. We do a full career audit: where you are now, what work you're doing, what's working, what's not. We break down the styling sectors (editorial, commercial, celebrity, personal) so you understand what each involves, what it pays, and what it requires. You'll leave this week knowing your primary focus area and where you're heading.

Week 02.

The Work

Diagnose the gaps. This week is about auditing what you have. We review your portfolio: what's strong, what's weak, what's missing. We look at your brand positioning: how clients currently see you versus how you want to be seen. We identify your skills gaps: what you can do, what you need to learn, what you should outsource. You'll leave with a clear list of what needs fixing.

Week 03.

The Rise

Fix and build your toolkit. This is where we take action on what you found in Week Two. We fix your portfolio, write your bio, create your pitch email templates, and sharpen your client communication. You'll leave this week with the materials that actually get you booked.

Week 04.

Apply and Grow

Getting work and getting paid. This is the business side no one teaches you. Where to find clients (by sector), how to set your rates (with full strategy guides for editorial, commercial, and celebrity work), negotiation scripts, and your job workflow from enquiry to invoice. We cover deal memos, client boundaries, holding dates, client communication, and when to raise your rates. You'll leave with your rates set, your workflow mapped, and the tools to protect your income.

Week 05.

The Systems

Systems and sustainability. Building the behind-the-scenes foundation that supports consistent growth. We cover the creative systems that make jobs run smoothly: moodboards, sourcing clothes, PR relationships, organising samples, and your kit. Plus the business backend: invoicing, calendar management, filing, and planning your year around quiet and busy seasons. You'll leave with systems that make your career feel manageable, not chaotic.

Week 06.

The Future

Your action plan. We review where you were in Week One versus now. You'll create your 90-day action plan, identify what to focus on first, and build a structure to keep momentum after the programme ends. This isn't the end. It's the beginning of your self-led growth.

Testimonial

"I'm so glad I did this program. Looking back, I realise I had no real plan of action or even a clear idea of how to begin my journey as an aspiring stylist. I was approaching it from the wrong angle entirely. What I appreciated most was that it didn't just focus on the 'successful' stage of a stylist's career. It showed us how to work our way up from intern or assistant to stylist, step by step. I now have a clear plan, a deeper understanding of the industry, and most importantly, I feel more confident and excited to get started." Sacha Carlene
