Terms & Conditions for Stylist Elixir (SE)
Covers all offerings including Studio of Stylist Elixir (SOSE), SE Sessions, the 4-Week Mentorship, Substack, Guidebook, WhatsApp community, and Instagram content.

1. Overview

Stylist Elixir (hereafter “SE”) is a professional platform offering industry insight, education, and mentorship for fashion creatives. These Terms govern your use of all SE services. By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing any SE offering, you agree to abide by the Terms in full.

These Terms apply to:

  • The 4-Week Fashion Mentorship

  • SE Sessions (one-off and subscription-based 1:1 mentoring)

  • Studio of Stylist Elixir (SOSE)

  • Substack content and paid subscriptions

  • The Stylist Elixir Guidebook

  • Instagram educational content

  • The Stylist Elixir WhatsApp Community (where applicable)

All services are educational in nature, grounded in lived industry experience. SE is not a coaching platform, job placement agency, or regulated training provider.

2. International Access

SE serves clients globally. All services are governed by UK law regardless of user location. You are responsible for ensuring SE access complies with your local laws and payment provider terms.

3. Subscription Management & Cancellations

All subscription cancellations are self-managed. SE cannot cancel on your behalf and is not liable for forgotten renewals or access errors.

3.1 Substack

3.2 SOSE (Studio of Stylist Elixir via Mighty Networks)

Cancel via your Mighty Networks account:
Personal Settings → Plan & Access → Cancel Subscription

3.3 SE Sessions (1:1 Calls)

Cancel your subscription via the Stripe portal linked in your confirmation email or payment receipt.

3.4 The 4-Week Fashion Mentorship

This programme is non-refundable once booked. Your place is considered reserved upon payment.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full

  • If SE is unable to deliver the programme due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative dates or formats may be offered

  • Missing live calls does not warrant refund or credit

  • Replay access is offered at SE’s discretion

  • Refunds are not provided for schedule clashes, missed sessions, or change of mind

3.5 Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for:

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal

  • Non-use or partial use of access

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Technical issues or device limitations on your end

  • Misunderstanding of platform structure, format, or schedule

By subscribing or booking, you accept full responsibility for managing your payments, access, and participation.

4. Service-Specific Terms

4.1 SE Sessions (1:1 Calls)

  • Calls are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows forfeit the session and payment

  • SE is not obligated to rebook missed calls

  • If SE is unable to deliver a call due to illness or emergency, a reschedule or time credit will be offered

4.2 Subscriptions:

  • All calls must be used within the billing month unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Unused time does not roll over automatically

  • SE reserves the right to cancel or deny future calls if the Terms are violated

4.3 The 4-Week Fashion Mentorship

  • Payment confirms your place and is non-refundable

  • If a live call is missed, no refunds or discounts are offered

  • All programme content is available during the access window provided

  • SE reserves the right to adjust live call dates/times if necessary (with reasonable notice)

  • Any breach of SE conduct policy may result in removal without refund

4.4 Studio of Stylist Elixir (SOSE)

  • Subscription is monthly and self-managed via Mighty Networks

  • No partial refunds are given if you cancel mid-month

  • You are responsible for managing your login, payments, and platform usage

  • If removed due to misconduct, all access is permanently revoked without refund

  • Membership includes evolving tools, templates, courses, and live sessions — specific offerings may update over time

5. Platform Conduct & Integrity

SE is a professional education platform built on trust, respect, and lived industry experience. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for conduct that undermines the safety, professionalism, or integrity of the SE environment.

5.1 SE reserves the right to:

  • Cancel your active subscription without refund

  • Terminate all current and future access to SE services

  • Revoke your ability to rejoin any SE offering (including SOSE, mentorship, and 1:1 sessions)

  • Prohibit public association with SE (see Clause 8)

5.2 This action may be taken at SE's discretion for any behaviour deemed:

  • Unsafe, dishonest, or abusive

  • Misaligned with SE’s stated values

  • Inflammatory, discriminatory, or harmful

  • Misogynistic, bullying, or gatekeeping in nature (including through social media posts or public commentary)

  • Entitled, threatening, or inappropriate in communication with SE or other members

  • In breach of trust, including extracting SE content or insight for personal gain, external resale, or competitive use

  • Damaging to the professional or emotional safety of others within SE spaces

This clause applies whether the behaviour occurs within SE platforms or externally, where public actions, statements, or affiliations contradict SE’s standards of professional conduct.

Termination under this clause is final. Refunds will not be issued, and rejoining is not permitted under any future name, email, or account.

6. Fraud, Misuse & Competitive Behaviour

You may not:

  • Join SE under false pretences

  • Monitor or extract SE content to create competing offerings

  • Repurpose SE templates, methods, slides, or frameworks as your own

  • Copy or repackage content into guides, mentorships, Substacks, platforms, or communities

  • Download SE materials for use outside intended context

6.1 Such behaviour will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent removal without refund

  • Revocation of access to all content

  • Possible legal action under UK law

7. Intellectual Property

All SE content is protected under copyright and may not be copied, shared, or adapted without express written permission. This includes:

  • SE course materials (slides, PDFs, video content, templates)

  • Substack posts and paid newsletter content

  • Visual frameworks, planning systems, and job workflow structures

  • Branding, naming, or stylistic content

7.1 You may not:

  • Claim SE frameworks or teachings as your own

  • Use SE language, identity, or visuals in your own programmes

  • Use SE’s name in a misleading way (e.g. on your CV after being removed)

8. Public Association

If you are removed or banned from SE for any reason, you may not publicly reference SE as part of your education, mentorship, or professional affiliations. This includes:

  • CVs

  • LinkedIn profiles

  • Portfolios

  • Instagram bios or captions

  • Any press or interviews

Violation may result in public clarification by SE and/or legal response.

9. Limitations of Liability

SE offers educational services only. We make no guarantees of:

  • Paid work or industry access

  • Income or financial success

  • Career progression or job results

  • Creative outcomes

Any career decisions made following SE sessions, courses, or Substack content are your own responsibility.

SE is not liable for:

  • Outcomes resulting from your use or interpretation of advice

  • Mental, emotional, or creative decisions made independently

Loss of earnings or business opportunity based on SE advice

10. Illness, Emergencies & Unforeseen Events

If SE must reschedule a service due to illness, bereavement, or unforeseen disruption, we will:

  • Offer a new date

  • Or provide credit toward a future service

Refunds are not offered for force majeure events.

11. Refunds & Chargebacks

SE has a strict no-refund policy. Chargebacks will be disputed and may result in permanent removal from SE platforms.

If you are unsure about a purchase, ask questions before committing. Refunds will not be issued based on unmet expectations if all Terms were outlined clearly at the time of purchase.

12. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be visible on the SE website. Continued use of SE after an update constitutes agreement. Updates apply to all current and future users.

You are encouraged to screenshot or save the Terms at the time of your purchase for your own records.
