Stylist Elixir is operated by Emily Susan Tighe as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We provide educational content, mentorship, and community support for fashion creatives.
Our services include but are not limited to: The Studio of Stylist Elixir (SOSE), The 6-Week Fashion Mentorship Program, The One-Day Intensive Workshop, SE Sessions (1:1 calls), Substack newsletter, Instagram content, mini-courses, standalone courses, cohort-based programmes, digital guides and downloadable resources (including The Guidebook), templates and toolkits, bundles and packages, live and in-person events, and any future products or services.

When you interact with SE, general information may be processed using AI tools, including:

SE does not input sensitive personal data into AI tools. This includes:

AI tools used by SE (such as Claude by Anthropic) do not retain conversation data after sessions end, in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Conversations are not used to train AI models.
By using SE services, you consent to the use of AI tools as described in this section. If you have concerns about AI processing, please contact us before enrolling in any SE programme.
6. Third-Party Data Processors
To deliver our services, we work with third-party providers who may process your data on our behalf. These include:

Mighty Networks - Hosts The Studio of Stylist Elixir (SOSE) membership platform
Substack - Delivers our newsletter and paid subscription content

Google Analytics (or similar) - Website analytics and usage tracking
Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their policies. We only work with providers who offer appropriate data protection measures.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Recorded Sessions
10.1 What We Record
SE records live sessions for programme delivery purposes. This may include:
Live group calls and mentorship sessions
Workshops and training events
Live Q&A sessions
SOSE live events and workshops
10.2 Purpose of Recording
Recordings are made to:
Provide access to members who cannot attend live
Allow members to review content
Deliver programme materials as promised
10.3 Storage & Access
Recordings are stored in ClickUp and/or the relevant programme platform (e.g., Mighty Networks, Zoom cloud). Access to recordings is limited to enrolled members of the relevant programme.
10.4 Your Participation
By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you may turn off your camera and remain muted, or attend via the recording only. Your name may still appear in participant lists.
SE is not obligated to edit recordings to remove individual participants. If you have concerns about being recorded, please discuss with SE before the session.
10.5 Recording Retention
Recordings are retained for the duration of the programme plus a reasonable period to allow member access. Mentorship programme recordings may be retained for the 6-month access period. SOSE recordings may be retained while content remains relevant.
11. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including:
Active Membership/Programme: Data is retained while you are an active member or participant
After Cancellation: Basic records may be retained for up to 7 years for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes
Marketing Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Communication Records: May be retained for dispute resolution and customer service purposes
After the retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
