Session 01. The Industry

What fashion styling actually is. The different types of work (editorial, commercial, celebrity, personal), what each pays, what the job looks like day to day. You will leave knowing whether this is right for you and which direction to go.

Session 02. The Entry Point

How to get in. Finding assisting opportunities, approaching stylists and photographers, positioning yourself when you have no experience. Real ways to find your first opportunities.

Session 03. The Portfolio

Building a portfolio from nothing. What to include, what to leave out, how to create your first piece. You will build your first moodboard during this session. Not learn how. Actually do it.

Session 04. The Systems

How the job works behind the scenes. Sourcing clothes, booking clients, pitching for jobs. The operational side no one teaches you.
